2022 Model Railway Resolutions

This is my 2022 New Year’s resolution these are the things that I think I can accomplish this year.  A little ambitious because I also want to record videos on many of these projects.  

January 1, 2022 Goals

• Motorize doors building #102
• Add doors to mountain door openings
• Add billowing curtain in one of the buildings
• Finish steps
• Add railings to steps
• Add interior to building #102
• School of Fish for Ocean
• completed 4/2022
• Boats for ocean
• completed 2/2022
• Seagulls on pier and buildings
• completed 1/25/22, blogged
• Day night train lighting 
• Add exhaust to diesel and headlight lens to #8

• Model ocean with waves, boats,. seagulls and fish
• completed 4/2022
• Add windows to building 105
• Create more people, old widows, neighbors outside and more people for the Resturant
• created conductor 1/27/22

• Create switching crew member
• created Ceasare 3/2022
• Set JMRI for Decoderpro and Operations
• started 3/2022
• Build rolling gondolas or boxcars
• built 2 gondolas 4/2022
• Create logo for Railway

• Add DCC couplers to Engine 8
• completed 4/2022
• Add more front end to Engine 8
• Build a water fountain for the harbor scene
• Build stone bridge and retaining wall on the leg part of layout
• Add track detectors on layout
• Buy 3D printer - purchased 5/22
• Design and Mock up leg revamp - more of the village
• Diesel 8 interior and metal floor
